Guidance to features of Linde

If you are an existing customer, with Linde customer number, you only need to activate your online account to be able to shop and access other services. By registering, you can place your gas and equipment orders online.

Your password can be changed under "My account" after you have logged in. To do this, select 'My Account', then select "Go to my profile", then select "Contact information" and click on the "Change password" button.

How to add a new customer number to the account: After you have logged in, go to "My Profile", click on "Add account": Select the option that suits you best and enter the requested information.

You will be taken to the "My Account" web page. One of the sections on the page will be "Consumption History". The Consumption History section will open. sure that the correct customer number is selected for which you want to receive a report.

The "Rental Information" section will open. Options will be available: "Rental history", "Valid Rental Guarantees", "Rental Invoice Details" and "Inventory Statement"
